The $3.95 shipping fee covers shipment at the printed matter rate (the pages are heavy ~ 50 pages weigh a pound!). Shipping at the printed matter rate takes 1 - 10 weeks from the time the pages leave us until the time they reach you.
Your pages can be sent Priority Mail, which usually takes 3 to 6 days to get to you, but which may take as much as 4 weeks, for a flat fee of $8.10 for 500 8½" x 11" pages, or 300 international or specialized size pages.
